Gbn show soc tries film workshops

The Goulburn Show Society has taken a broad brush approach in trying to attract interest in the annual event.

 

It comes from the Show society's president, Jackie Waugh's stated intention of considering any activity that will generate interest.

 

The latest move involves the presentation of two short-film workshops.

 

The first is programmed at the Goulburn Community Centre by Alex Por-ray-us this Saturday with the next by Peter Miller early in August.

 

Bookings for this weekend close on Friday.

 

Jackie Waugh says this follows similar approaches by other groups and she is convinced of the benefits.
