Goulburn Fringe Housing strategy to be re-assessed

Goulburn Mulwaree council landholders and ratepayers are being invited to speak directly with planners about the proposed Urban Fringe Housing strategy.

 

The council has announced that the draft document is to be re-assessed and there are another 28 days for concerned community members to make comment.

 

One concern is a planning proposal dealing with RU 6 Transition zone lands and the effect this will have on some property owners.

 

The public exhibition period will now run through until Monday, August 5th.

 

Mayor, Bob Kirk is encouraging the community to take advantage of the time extension to put in submissions and have discussions with council, if required.
