Disgruntled public sector workers will meet this evening in Goulburn to discuss how job cuts have affected the local community.
The gathering at the Workers Club comes just days after Treasurer Mike Baird's billion dollar Budget Bungle where the state's finances were found to be in surplus not deficit.
Secretary of the Nurses and Midwife Association Jane Cotter who travels to Goulburn from Berrima each day believes the O'Farrell Government has a real conundrum.
Billions of dollars have been wiped off the state's health and education budgets because of a five billion dollar shortfall in GST revenue.
This comes after cuts to Goulburn's jail, Crown lands Division, and trade and Investment Office along with proposed cut backs to hit Primary Industry roles and local tafes.
In the meantime Ms. Cotter fears there'll be further heartache felt if the job losses keep coming.
